What You’ll Do

As an Account Associate, you will:

  •  Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and pursuing high-value sales opportunities 
  •  Close deals with confidence by presenting tailored insurance and financial solutions 
  •  Build lasting relationships by earning trust and becoming a go-to advisor for clients 
  •  Maximize lead generation using modern sales tools, strategies, and networking opportunities 
  •  Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and strengthen overall performance

  •  Licensed in insurance—or willing and able to obtain required licensing with guidance 
Licensing Requirement

  •  Must meet state insurance licensing requirements (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) 
  •  Candidates not currently licensed must be willing to obtain licensing with company support
