As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients while also driving in-book sales through proactive product recommendations. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel valued while guiding them toward the right insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and claims support.
- Educate & Advise – Conduct needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage.
- Identify Sales Opportunities – Proactively recommend additional products that align with customer needs.
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships – Be the trusted go-to person for insurance solutions.
- Support Agency Growth – Generate leads and referrals while promoting our services.
